I’m Mariana Ortega, an ICF-accredited coach and first-generation professional with 20+ years of experience leading corporate learning and talent development for companies such as Sony Music, Ralph Lauren, and Godiva Chocolatier.

As the first in my family to graduate college and enter a white-collar career, learning how to lead myself and others was too often a trial-and-error process.

So to me, “elite” isn't about pedigree. It's about developing the capabilities that are hardest to build.
